Caramely qualities, including a rich chocolaty, woody spice and hints of almond.

Mathilde's French Roast
Dark, rich, French roast with dark chocolate flavors, woody undertones, a pleasant seed-like character, and a smooth finish.
Augusta's Organic Breakfast
Bright and balanced with a brown sugar sweetness. This coffee is ideal as drip or press pot; it also makes a balanced, organic espresso and is delicious iced.

Our farm-direct decaf comes from one of our family member's farms, Fazenda Recreio, in the Sul de Minas region of Brazil. It is Swiss Water Processed, a clean, natural process for extracting caffeine from our beans.
