A superior grade Sencha paired with an everyday drinking Sencha.
One coming from Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan (Eastern Japan) and the other from Kagoshima Prefecture (Southern tip of Japan), hence South-East Sencha. This kombucha is an homage to all of the hard-working men and women making these teas possible to drink. And an homage to SE Portland, where both my wife and I grew up. The resulting flavor profile after fermentation is like a crisp, oceanic Seabreeze with notes of lemonade, honeydew and a bit of brininess coming from the Senchas themselves.
Ingredients: Filtered Water, Kombucha Culture (Bacteria &Yeast Cultures), Organic Cane Sugar, Japanese Green Teas (Sencha).
